The bread
The bread is rarely totaly feed by children in canteen : it's a principal aliment who is wasted by children in a canteen. Nevertheless, bread is one of the most aliment given at children.
The bread can be recovered and given to different animals (pigs, sheeps, poultries, ducks…). These animals love this kind of food. Bread is rich in glucid, and this nutriment is essential for animals. In their food, glucid are the main nutriment. The bread can be grinded for poultries, pigs, sheeps. It can be mixed with other aliments as wheat, maize… The breadcrumb can be mixed with a liquid aliment to make a soup for pigs.
Vegetables/starch
Vegetables or starch can be recycled to feed animals. This aliment can be crumbed and mixed to make a mix. This feed can be given for pigs or poultries because they are omnivores
For example, these different wastes (bread, vegetables, starchy...) can be recovered by farmers who are next to school.
The storage of these aliments isn’t easy. That’s why, wastes should be saved every day by farmers or residents who lives next to school.
